Xoá trong ứng dụng hoặc gửi yêu cầu qua email, không cần cài ứng dụng.

Trang này hướng dẫn xoá tài khoản ứng dụng Staffy (iOS và Android) và dữ liệu liên quan.

Cách 1: Trong ứng dụng

  1. Mở Staffy và đăng nhập.
  2. Bấm nút menu (☰) ở góc trên bên trái.
  3. Bấm Xoá tài khoản ở cuối menu, rồi xác nhận.

Cách 2: Không cần cài ứng dụng

Gửi email tới [email protected] từ địa chỉ email của tài khoản Staffy, tiêu đề “Xoá tài khoản Staffy”. Chúng tôi xác minh yêu cầu, xoá tài khoản trong thời hạn pháp luật về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân quy định và trả lời bạn khi đã xoá.

Dữ liệu bị xoá

  • Ngay lập tức: tài khoản bị khoá, mọi phiên đăng nhập bị đăng xuất, kết nối Google Calendar bị ngắt, lịch sử chat trên thiết bị bị xoá.
  • Sau 30 ngày: xoá hẳn tài khoản, không gian cá nhân và mọi thứ bên trong (Staff, bài viết, kết nối), ghi chú cuộc họp, cài đặt và lịch nhắc, mã thông báo đẩy, thông tin thuê bao.

Dữ liệu được giữ lại

  • Số liệu sử dụng ở dạng ẩn danh, không còn gắn với bạn.
  • Dữ liệu thuộc không gian doanh nghiệp (Staff, bài viết, báo cáo) do doanh nghiệp quản lý.

Xoá tài khoản không tự huỷ thuê bao: hãy huỷ trong phần quản lý thuê bao của App Store hoặc Google Play. Xem thêm Chính sách quyền riêng tư.

This page explains how to delete your account in the Staffy app (iOS and Android) and the related data.

Option 1: In the app

  1. Open Staffy and sign in.
  2. Tap the menu button (☰) at the top left.
  3. Tap Xoá tài khoản (Delete account) at the bottom of the menu and confirm.

Option 2: Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address of your Staffy account with the subject “Delete my Staffy account”. We verify the request, delete your account within the time required by applicable data protection law, and reply once it is done.

Data deleted

  • Immediately: your account is locked, all sessions are signed out, Google Calendar is disconnected, chat history on the device is removed.
  • After 30 days: your account, personal workspace and everything in it (Staff, posts, connections), meeting notes, reminder settings and reminders, push tokens and subscription records are permanently deleted.

Data kept

  • Usage statistics in anonymous form, no longer linked to you.
  • Data that belongs to a business workspace (Staff, posts, reports), managed by that business.

Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions: cancel them in App Store or Google Play subscription settings. See also our Privacy Policy.
